Synopsis: The guys travel to the Poconos to find a goblin in a circus sideshow but the goblin isn't their problem - that's an unamalgamated shape shifter!

Fun Facts
- Title Reference: A sideshow oddity named "Jo-Jo the Dog-Faced Boy" (real name Fedor Jeftichew), who traveled with P.T. Barnum in the early 1900's and was the subject of a Sherman Brothers song recorded by Annette Funicello in the late 1950's. Fedor suffered from the medical condition hypertrichosis, which caused him to grow excessive amounts of facial hair, thus leading to his dog-like appearance.
- The voice actors were recorded on July 24 and 25, 1986. Frank Welker recorded alone on July 25, 1986.
- Ray threatens Peter with Kryptonite, which was Superman's weakness.
